<b>Preservative</b></br>Eastman Acitra™ LF10 Na is a liquid preservative to protect feeding stuffs against deterioration caused by a broad spectrum of microorganisms. Eastman Acitra LF10 Na inhibits bacterial growth and is very efficient against most <i>Salmonella ssp.</i> in compound feeds and feed raw materials. It provides resistance to recontamination. No withdrawal period is required. Formic acid is abundant in the nature and is the strongest of the simple, unsaturated carboxylic acids. It has excellent properties in controlling acidity, while at the same time effectively restricting microbial growth. The effective buffering enables reduction of metal corrosion compared to non-buffered products.
