Solus 5300 performance additive

Eastman Solus™ 5300 performance additive is designed to provide high-performance in wood coatings. This cellulose ester will enable formulations that yield a relatively soft, flexible film that requires little to no plasticizer. As a result of tolerance for both nonpolar aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, Solus™ 5300 offers a wide range of solubility and compatibility, with a medium viscosity. When dissolved in appropriate solvents, a clear colorless solution is produced.
