Eastman has a comprehensive occupational health and safety management program led by the company’s global health, safety and environment (HSE) organization.
The program aligns with Responsible Care® standards and includes a corporate safety policy that covers all employees and contractors at all Eastman facilities. It is governed by our chief legal officer, who has oversight for global HSE and reports quarterly to the board of directors' Environmental Safety and Sustainability (ESS) committee.
