Crawford joined Eastman in 1987 and has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing operations and technology. He most recently served as executive vice president, manufacturing, and chief sustainability officer. He also served as senior vice president and chief technology officer, vice president of research and development for Advanced Materials and vice president of research and development for Additives & Functional Products.
Crawford is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Industrial Research Institute. He is on the board of directors of Launch Tennessee (Tennessee Technology Development Corporation) and the University of Tennessee’s Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Board of Advisors and External Advisory Board for Research.
A native of Kingsport, Tennessee, he holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee.
