Brad A. Lich is executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Eastman. Lich is responsible for the company’s Advanced Materials business segment and circular platform as well as leadership of marketing, sales, procurement, corporate strategy and regional leadership. During his time at Eastman, Lich has led several of the company’s transformational initiatives and currently serves as the executive sponsor for Catalyst, the Eastman resource group for advancing women’s careers and leadership development opportunities.
Before joining the executive team in 2014, Lich was vice president and general manager of the coatings, adhesives, specialty polymers and inks business segments. He also served as vice president of global marketing.
Prior to joining Eastman, Lich was co-founder and CEO of CoatingsMart Inc. His work experience also includes serving in various roles with Valspar and Dow.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Lich and his wife live in Tennessee and have two children. He serves on the Silgan Holdings Board of Directors and has served in leadership roles in industry and civic organizations. His personal interests include golfing and skiing.
