The Eastman Naia™ team was back at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics this March and making a bigger splash than ever.
After a two-year hiatus due to coronavirus travel restrictions, Naia™ was showcased at Intertextile for the second time. This is one of the leading apparel fabrics fairs held in Shanghai, China, and we saw more attendance than ever and even launched the Naia™ brand refresh.
Thousands of attendees visited the Naia™ booth for a first look at our new branding focused on inclusivity and versatility for today’s people. Through updated imagery, Naia™ showcases the importance of innovating our fibers for people and the planet.
The brand refresh highlights the possibilities of Naia™ fibers. Sustainable style comes at no cost to comfort, quality or luxury, and our eco-conscious fibers are the perfect ingredient for fashion brands and home textile designers alike. Naia™ has nearly unlimited texture and color possibilities because of the fiber’s ability to be used alone or in a yarn blend.
Over 500 fabrics made with Naia™ were on display at Intertextile, showcasing the versatility benefit with our cellulosic fibers. Garment examples included athleisure, loungewear, sweaters and more. Home textiles and bedding products were also on display. Visitors were able to experience the texture and see the visual capabilities with real samples of Naia™ products, and they learned more about blending possibilities.

Intertextile visitors also had a sneak preview of our latest consumer insights, revealing how women are redefining business wear post-pandemic.
This year’s Intertextile energy was so positive, and we can’t wait to engage more with our colleagues in China and share Naia™ with our customers around the world.
