Eastman Solus™ 1000 performance additive is designed to deliver on the high performance expectations required of ink formulations. The robust properties of this distinctive material provide improved flow and leveling and faster dry-to-touch time, for use as a rheology control additive in high-solids formulations. </br></br></br> Solus™ 1000 is soluble in a wide range of solvents and compatible in most high solids coatings systems, and when dissolved in appropriate solvents a clear, colorless solution is produced. It is a dry free-flowing powder that is convenient to handle. </br></br></br> Eastman Solus™ 1000 is based on cellulose, one of Earth's most abundant natural renewable resources, with an approximate calculated bio-content value of 36%. </br></br></br> For applications that require food contact compliance, please discuss requirements with your Eastman technical representative.
