Eastman Solus™ 5875 performance additive is designed to provide high-performance in consumer products. </br></br></br> This Solus™ product is useful for durable cross-linked formulations that might be applied on plastic, metal and coil coatings, where it demonstrates good compatability with a wide range of cross-linking resin systems. Often favored for higher-solids formulations, Solus™ 5875 enables coatings with a clear non-yellowing film, strong avoidance of surface defects as a result of flow and levelling properties, minimized cratering, good UV stability and superior inter-coat adhesion. Further, efficient production is facilitated by reduced surface tack, improved thermal reflow, low solution viscosity, broad compatibility with curing resins & other coating components, and solubility in a wide range of solvents and solvent combinations. A clear, colorless solution will result when this product is dissolved in appropriate solvents.
