Eastman Solus™ 1450 performance additive is designed to deliver on the high performance expectations required of ink and metal packaging formulations. Formulations based on Solus™ 1450 tend to offer excellent grease, oil, and chemical resistance. This cellulose-based additive has a relatively lower level of solubility compared to other members of the Solus™ family, with primary solubility in chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, and nitroparaffins.
