Cedroz™ post-planting bionematicide application guidelines

Instructions for use

Cedroz should be applied to soil using the existing irrigation system. It’s crucial to have an irrigation system that applies the product uniformly with distribution lines close to the plants. On sandier soils, it may be helpful to use dual piping.

For a high degree of efficacy, apply Cedroz at 225–450 mL per 100 L of irrigation water (0.225%–0.45%), using between 2,000 and 4,000 liters per hectare, respectively. Cedroz must be applied on damp ground using irrigation volumes that are enough to distribute the product over the full stretch of land containing the roots.

Step-by-step

  1. Distribute approximately 50% of the volume of irrigation water to be used.
  2. Apply Cedroz in 20% of the water volume (2000‒4000 L/ha).
  3. Conclude the irrigation cycle with the remaining 30% of clear water.

Guiding principles

Exercise caution: For best pest control, apply the product at the right dosage at the right time using the right application technique with the equipment properly set up and calibrated.

Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands with soap before touching anything that someone else may touch or before touching someone else, eating, drinking, smoking or using the toilet. Wash your gloves before removing them to wash your hands.

Wear protection: Care for yourself and others. Do not take risks. Know how to avoid harm and follow best practices. Refer to your pesticide label. Wear the right personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying the product.

Best practice: To best control the pest harming your crop, calibrate your drip irrigation system each time you use it and apply it at the correct dosage rate as indicated by the label.
